All offered CAD figures, CAD objects, DWG and PDF files are protected by copyright.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the files. A simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use is granted.
All rights, especially copyright and exploitation rights, remain with Weißenfels Wichartz GbR or Flatfigures.
2. Permitted Use
The use of the files is permitted for private, student, and commercial purposes in the fields of architecture, planning, design, and drafting, especially for:
- Architectural and construction drawings
- Visualizations, presentations, and layouts
- Competition documents

- Projects by architectural and design offices
The prerequisite is that the files are used exclusively as part of an independent creative or planning service and do not constitute the main value or main content of the end product.
3. Prohibited Use
Specifically not permitted is:

4. Editing and Customization

Even with edited versions, all copyright and usage rights remain with Flatfigures or Weißenfels Wichartz GbR.
5. Liability

For content already acquired, the version of the license terms valid at the time of purchase applies.
