Delivery Information

Flatfigures exclusively offers digital products for download. No physical goods are shipped.

After your order has been successfully completed and payment has been received, your purchased digital files are generally made available for immediate download. You will also receive an order confirmation by email containing information on how to access your purchased products.

As all products are delivered electronically, no shipping costs apply.

Please note that, in exceptional cases, the availability of your download may be delayed due to technical issues, maintenance work, or pending payment verification. Such delays do not constitute a defect in the digital product.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure access to a stable internet connection and compatible software required to download and use the purchased files.
