Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

You can use an informal letter for this. No justification is required.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB if:

- we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

- you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of the performance of the contract.

The provision of digital content for download is considered the start of performance.

Note

Due to technical reasons, digital content cannot be "returned" after it has been downloaded.
Therefore, please carefully check whether the product meets your requirements before purchasing.

In case of technical problems or faulty files, we will naturally support you within the scope of the statutory warranty.
